    I'm not Roman Catholic, but I'd hardly call the difficulties people deal with in this community "mortal sin." First suggestion: lighten up the pressure on yourself a little bit. I will pray for you and everyone here.

    I do agree. The more guilt and shame you heap on yourself the harder it will be for you (speaking from experience) definitely praying for you and just take it one day at a time. You got this and we all have your back

    Hang in there buddy, see if you can find some positive habits to replace it with - exercise, prayer, meditation, going for walks, reading good literature etc. We're with you and praying for you!
