An accountability partner is someone who helps you complete your abstinence challenge and is also someone that you help as well. It is basically a relationship of motivation and assistance in completing a goal. That is basically it.

Basically, yea. Being there for one another. You tell that person if you are being successful or if you resetted/relapsed.
