Hey man, start your own journal and get a pmo counter to count your days. Really just don’t do pmo and have a journal where you talk to other people.

I would also recommend getting an AP via these forums and checking in with each other every day. That practice has been very helpful to me. Welcome! Praying for you and cheering you on!
