There is nothing specifically related to PMO in the bible, but it is dealt with indirectly in the Bible. In ancient times, there wasn't any porn and even if there was, people who saw it would be publicly humiliated. Onan's sin which is when he didn't use his seed(semen) properly, Matt. 5:28, and 1 Thess. 4:3 are a few examples.
