Looking for a female accountability partner close to my age - I am a 19 year old girl struggling with porn and masturbation. To the people around my it seems I have a strong relationship with God, but because of my struggle with porn I feel cut off from Him and find it hard to reconnect with God. My faith feels so in-genuine, I even feel ashamed when I try to worship/praise. I would like someone who could pray for me and I'd pray for them. I use the Bible app to do Bible plans and finding an accountability partner who'd like to do some with me would be nice too.Thank you, I am so glad I found this community!!

Remember, when you are in God's hand, no one can snatch you from Him. Pray about it. He will never leave you, and when you lean into Him, he will hold you and catch you.

Sister if it's any thing don't feel shamed to worship God.because that's what you were made to do.is to serve him and him alone.God said so him self for we all have sin and fall short of the glory.let NO ONE OR ANYTHING OR EVEN A FEELING stop you from doing what you were born for.we are a working progress!!!

@ArsenalAffliction One word of caution: APs who are also addicts typically do best in same-gender pairings. So, men with men and women with women. There is rarely an exception to this. Be wise and do not sabotage your own recovery -- or that of anyone else!
