Be careful of making ultimatums to yourself. There were many times along the way I felt that I was little more than a miserable failure and would never have victory in this area. It is really hard to break free. Setting unreachable goals for yourself on artificial time lines just adds more stress to the situation. Whatever goals you set for yourself, one day at a time is the only way you can reach them.

And saying that you will give up in 90 days if you do not achieve total success is just setting yourself up for failure. Don't do that! Instead, celebrate every victory and mourn every setback in the context of supportive community. This is a road we cannot walk alone!

I know you are in brother, I just don't understand and I am totally surprised with other brothers that do this half heartedly. They don't want to commit on what i have written here, they are afraid of giving up watching that little porn that they enjoy. I relapsed again today that's why I am so pissed with the whole situation! We have been APs for a long time brother and we have been chatting often on whatsApp, but the problem is that there is only one like you who is trying to help 10 people a day by being their AP and the rest is so passive and reluctant to give an email address or phone number. I am just tired by doing things on the surface with other APs and not going to the root of the frigging problem.

Soon I will delete this account, it's just useless to be here for the last 4 years and 8 months and no results! I suck, this website sucks and doing things half hearted sucks, period.

I like your determination bro. Keep going. I think Tao is right though about ultimatum's. And if I can add as a seasoned sinner, it takes more than your will power. It's being 'will'ing to trust in Jesus power in you that will change things. I'll pray for you now Leone.
