So I haven't posted in a while because I have been busy these couple of days, which is good because it keeps my mind away from PMO. However, today I saw a article, that had a scandalous picture as its front cover, on Facebook, which somehow led to go back to PMO. So, I'm just wondering how I am supposed to keep my mind off of anything related to PMO and what to do if I see something on the internet like today.

I've been there. We ultimately make the choice. Self discipline is the hardest character quality that I have or don't have. That's probably why most of us are here. If we had full control or discipline over our lives, we wouldn't be in this.
