Hey, could someone give me advice in if keeping a journal helps me fighting against PMO. I've started once or twice only to forget or quit writing within 1-2 weeks. I've never really been writing a lot, let alone planning. So for me to actively keep a journal would require a lot of discipline and efford. Not that that's bad, I'm just not sure if it's better to using my efford on discipline on a journal or better on other things

I tried a journal too. Sometimes I go back to it and just put a few words on but it doesn't have to be every day but it is good to right down things from time to time

I'm not a big journaler. For me, daily check-ins with my APs was much more helpful. Find what works for you, and then commit to it!

For some reason this summer has been hard. I have back slid on almost everything productive. I normally exercise and study daily, but I have stopped doing that. I had a good streak going, and I have ruined that and been watching porn several times a week for the last month. I have started playing video games in place of seeing people.
