    Yesterday I celebrated 30 days of no PMO. I was pumped and still am today. However, after I updated my journal yesterday and announced the victory, I could feel the devil start creeping in. I was able to make it through the day without PMO, but I had to deal with a lot of past thoughts that would usually lead to using P for me. When we proclaim victories, that’s the time the devil hits the hardest. Keep the course, but be aware of the challenges that come along with the victories. It’s a constant battle.

    I can really relate to your experience. It's happened to me many times. Logging in to this site regularly and seeing I'm not alone with my struggles has helped so much. Thanks for sharing.
