    Glad that you’re working on yourself! I guess different strategies work for different people, and an online forum is just one of the possible tools that you may or may not find helpful.

    I'm good, just been super stressed lately because of many things going on, and I focus so hard on not relapsing adding weights to my shoulders, I spent the past two days thinking about how to maintain a recovery life style without stressing so hard about it and giving time or myself to rest adequately ..
