    Hi @enigmaaa. JJ is right, relapses suck, and the aftermath of relapses suck too! It seems like this month has been especially troublesome to you with loneliness biting hard and relentless and very strong sexual temptations. But all is not lost buddy. You've not binged, so you will retain many of the benefits you have accrued so far.
