    No way in my opinion! Relapse is porn or masturbation. Now you may want to abstain from sex for a time if it seems like your body could use a rest from all orgasm but I definitely wouldn't call it a relapse! Congrats on hitting 22 days, as far as sex see what works best for your reboot just stay away from porn and masturbation!

    The goal here is to use NoFap to improve for a healthy sex life.
    Now it's true, if your goal is to go without orgasm (basically celibacy) for a certain time, then yea sex does count as a relapse. But if your goal is to wean off porn, and more on healthy sex, then no this isn't a relapse.
