Day 8...
Had quite a few setbacks over the holidays into January, drank quite a bit & relapsed/lost my momentum which i'm now trying to get back. Been completely sober for 14 days this Sunday & on Nofap for 7 days also this Sunday. Let's keep going.
Nov 19th will be 14 days. I do this for me, not anyone else.
In a dark place again, but i'm still proud I did a couple of decent streaks this year. I'd still like to make it to 30 days though...
Update: I managed 25 days! That's huge. O'd/failed twice yesterday but i'm making big strides getting this far, let's get past 30!
14 days not O’ing to Porn, I’ve edged to it twice in that time, but I’m calling it progress.
I WILL post in the "success stories” thread that I reached 30 days this summer, it HAS to happen.
back at an old temporary job, haven’t been doing great but I’m trying to stop now as it’ll require a lot of energy. + it’ll keep me busy.

So I actually ended up failing monday, & peeked a bit again today unfortunately. For now, i'm only resetting my counter if I PMO.

It's crazy how depressed I feel when i'm not engaging in PMO, the lack of dopamine is really getting to me. More meditation time is needed.

Had a dream a few nights ago that told me "Want to improve in all aspects of life? Just stop cumming." That's basically all there is to it.
