    @Roady thanks for the encouragement. I'm coming back stronger. I also realized that I was in bed all day and I was mentally edging. Next time I'm sick, I'll go in the living room where there's people. As for mentally edging, I came up with a technique to dismiss my thoughts with nofap affirmations.

    I don't have a lot of hobbies. I read a lot of self-development books. I want to become a motivational speaker or YouTuber. So I try to record myself and brainstorm. I play basketball for fun. And I try to volunteer with Boys and Girls Club every week. What are your hobbies?

    I like to walk/cycle outsite. Fishing in the summer.
