      Back to square one. At least I learned a lot from this run. I will spend the rest of the day outside and with people. 90 days on 27.11.2022!

        That's a good attitude! Learning from one's mistakes is so important! Do you have a back up plan if you can't spend the day outside for whatever reason? I had the same strategy but then became sick, so I had do stay home for like five days and man it was hard (no pun intended)

        Just read this, fortunately everything worked out. I also got my backup phone out of the house, which was the device that got me access to porn. I actually feel good right now. My 34 days are not destroyed, the progress is not undone, I just have to restart. I will succeed eventually :)
