    This has happened with me as well in recent days... One morning I woke up and actually felt so sad because I relapsed in my dreams... it was like "praise God" it was just a dream #Never_return_there_moments #active_resistance

  Hey Never_Return_There. Congratulations on your 400 days! Quick question if you don't mind. how long had you been on pmo prior to it? I'm asking because I'm a 23 year old male who's had some a few 30 day streaks in the past 3-4 years but thats about it. currently starting again since 1st June. Fingers crossed to get to end of December!

    Hello. I have been into PMO for 6 years before i quit it completely. I have been trying to stop it for 3 years before these 400 days. I have managed to make it to 2 or 3 months ,even 4 months sometimes, but ended up failing.

    So go on now, you can make it to the end of december, just keep saying NO when the urges hit you, and run away from temptations. If you want more info on how to overcome them, it's in my 1 year report in success stories
