I have not said this, but thank you to all who follow me and post on my journal. It helps to feel seen so early on in my journey. Hugs.

And I'm back! Tired as fuck, but I can do things now. FINALLY. All I need is sleep and I'll be golden.

I think that maybe the worst has passed. If this was a dopamine withdrawal, man, what a horrifying ride.

Down, down, down the spiral goes. I wish I simply had the urges to deal with rather my mental hell scape.

Made myself go to sleep at around 3 am. Feeling scooped out today. The urges have returned.

Have learned a good friend has been taken to a psych ward, and I am trying to not go back to my old habits to cope. Send good thoughts.

Somehow I'm still going at it. Sending good vibes to everybody.

Dragged myself out of bed without spending an hour in bed, and it's gettign easier and easier to find joy in the day.

Slowly crawling back to a normal daily routine. Managed to get out of bed before 11 and am almost excited to do things.
