Mentally a way stronger and focussed than before.Most of the subconscious cleared.Happy about it but not satisfied.Great hold on decisions.manage stress stuff pretty well . Memory bit improved.More adamant towards my goal. Although my mind is still fighting those urges which are not it use to be back then.I need to work more on it .Thanks alot for supporting. Hope to find such great bunch of people in real world

Yeah, this is when you try to quit that you realized how addicted you are. At the beginning, I couldn't even last 1 day without masturbating to porn you know.

In my case I have never consciously thought or have quit masturbation or porn related stuff. But yeah have been on abstain for months unconsciously just because was occupied and busy . That's a way different mindset in both the scenario. As in the latter case the control is still not in your hands

Those urges were real of which I have heard of or read . And It really feel great to have control over your thoughts mind and body. It makes you in charge . I know it's never too late . And have never thought porn would go soo deep into my subconscious.
