I usually meditate for around 2-5 mins and I wanna try doing 15 mins straight. I like your consistency and discipline, man. Keep it going and stay strong!
Thankyou my friend @BurgerChamp Intially I was also practising for only 4-5 mins. But by maintaining consistency now I am able to do 15 min staight my goal is to do for 30 min straight. You should be patience, and maintain consistency and start increase your time gradually like 5min, 7 min, 10min.
