It’s withdrawal from medication and a mixture of nofap flatline combined. Deadly if you ask me! Still got blurry eyes, depressed, talking to myself a lot, confidence is not really there yet but anxiety has gone almost. Still got social anxiety where I don’t wanna be around people. Yh, have reset by 15-30 days a few Times past few months due to slight edging but it’s nothing significant. Would have been on day 480 by now ! It’s been a struggle to get this far. Urges are awful especially when triggers are everywhere. Even 400 days doesn’t help.
