Day 2... I think I'm going to do the smaller challenges as well in order to remind myself that I AM making progress. I'll start out at 0 over there on the 7 day challenge.

Hey everyone. I relapsed my masturbation cycle. But i have decided not to start again. I feel that i have come free of porn and dont think about that anymore and i am going to keep my masturbation to a minimum and i can handle this very well. I am a bit disapointed that i didnt make the 90 days but i havnt really been counting the past few weeks. I dont think i will fall back into old habits but will keep a sharp eye on myself to keep myself under control. Porn stays a no go. Should i relaps to porn a will come back a do a full reboot 90 days. So my streak best streak so far is 68 days and i will hit it again but i wont count it everyday unless it becomes a problem for me. I wish you all lots of luck to make the right decisions to get away from this addiction. Maybe i will be back but i believe i have all the tools i need to never let this addiction take the overhand again. Stay strong and no p for me
