[90-CHALLENGE] THE NINETY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 2!

 

30 days completed and 60 to go. 1/3 marker.

Urges popped up a good deal yesterday after being dormant for some time. Edged a little, not reset level, but I'm not giving up the fight. And today is a new day.

Day 13 pretty much done with now... Another busy day which takes me into 14 days no PMO strict mode Not my record but feels good to back into significant numbers. This time round I know how susceptible I am to a relapse from even the mildest of imagery, and so I will not look at it... Not even for a second!

This week went by with virtually no urge for PMO. I've been monitoring my mind and noticing when I have an impulse to sexually fantasize, and not going down that road either... which is also pretty easy now that I have a better sense of what I want out of life. Although I have other problems, it feels noticeably better to not be dragging around the poor self image that comes from PMO.
