Day 7 complete. It's been one week now. I already feel better.

As for myself, I am embarrassed to to admit that I did not log in for 5 days. I am starting a new job, and I have had a lot on my mind. But here I am, back again, and ready to share some more. These past few days, I have been beginning to feel more motivated, and so I must exercise more to get my overall progress back on track, and catch up to my income. Now that I think about it, keeping busy during the day is helping me. We got my work computer up and running, so now I will be tempted by it there, even though IT monitors all the web traffic. Even today I was distracted by the monitors, and just kinda spaced out several times because of the monitor. Tomorrow I may have to just turn them off.
Day 04/90. I'm on vacation, so I sometimes don't have time to check in, but I hope it'll be ok!
Day 58 (Season IV)
Yesterday, I was feeling bad. I wasn't able to stay present enought to control my thoughts. But then I gave my best, stoped my activities, meditated and suddenly came into a peaceful state. #mediation #againstcompulsion
