After a year and a half or so on and off nofap I've finally gotten a good long streak. Still struggling with anxiety and insomnia some nights so Imma keep going, but I have definitely felt much better off pmo for sure! I hope I can keep going and get better, but this is a huge milestone for me. I was real addicted to pmo when I was in highschool and it really messed me up it got so bad to the point where I got real depressed and moments of anxiety later, and I did nothing but watch p, but now I'm 24 and I decided that I had to quit, and I did it during the pandemic no less, and now that I'm on the right track I feel like there's a light at the end of the darkness.
