So I recently discovered that I need to start at least experimenting with Reverse kegels as whenever I am standing, and only when I am standing I get a hard flaccid. From what I hear it has something to do with a tight pelvic floor, and when I have been trying to drop my pelvic floor. I notice my testicles and penis rise up a little bit as I am kinda breathing in my belly and pushing my tummy out. I've read on one source that it is normal, and another says the complete opposite. I just need a little help so I can better locate this.
