Day 15 Fighting urges, usually at night. Have to keep reminding myself it will get easier if i get through this first major hurdle...i will keep fighting, a Viking never quits!!
No need to feel ashamed. It's sad, but you will stand up stronger. You are Viking now. You will get up and fight even harder than ever before. You regognized your triggers. Now try to avoid them as much as suitable and think about strategies to tackle them in the future. Do you already work out? That helped me a lot.

Back to day 0 Trying not to be angry at myself Hacked the filter...i really wish it actually worked only got myself to blame I'm thankful to be part of this supportive community, even if i do keep failing...and i will keep going until i can join you on the battlefields Back to the drawing board.
So just completed day 10 and these are my warmup days just to develop some will power .So I take 150 day's challenge after day 11 if I succeed in this day because urges are so high ..(161 days challenge )
I did. This past few days I traveled a lot and it has disrupted my stacked habits. My core habit of morning exercise was one of the most affected. And eventually it rippled to the one I am trying to replace---which is this addiction. nonetheless, I appreciate your support. And yes, I am now a Viking. And so I shall stand and use this as a learning for my success. hoosah!
Don't blame yourself. Wer ist no reason to do this. Just restart stronger. Make a smarter plan and fix the problem to make it better in the future. You had a good streak and recovered a lot.
