I am on day four I am expecting it to be difficult today! Already got major urges

Missed yesterday, today's day 15/21 - broken the two week mark and I hope I'm on the home straight

Day 16/21 - I've had a bit of a relapse with my mental health recently but I'm hoping it won't affect this and that I can pull myself back to my normal standards. Much love brothers
