Day 1 after a massive failure after my 37 days streak of fapping and watching porn almost every two days for a couple weeks, I am back from square one, this shit never sticks, but i'll be damned if I stop trying, thats just not an option because the benefits are so much more grandiose. Let's go
-- Day 2. I've been exercising and trying to sleep regularly, but sometimes I just ignore everything and stay awake up to the time I wanted to be waking up. Probably the trigger is computer. This might be a bad habit I've got a few years ago. -- At least I managed to get my sleep straight most of the past few days. I'll try to work on that. Also, sometimes I get really horny and can't control myself. In fact, I simply have to control myself; nobody will do it for me.
Lack of sleep can leave a person more vulnerable to his wayward thoughts and urges. We need to have everything going for us possible to keep up with these challenges.
Day 6 up early again, even on a Saturday. Trained at the gym last night and this morning I have boxing and kickboxing, feeling pretty good.
-- Day 3. I feel like having sex. I exercised a lot today, so I'm feeling very tired. I'll try to sleep without M.
