If you relapsed or binged you will reset your counter and start from 3 day challenge. 3. You have to meditate twice a day but one in afternoon and one before sleeping. 4. Removing the pornblocker or trying to do it count as a relapse. I am not going to let it happen again. I will complete this challenge.
