7/7 done, into 2 weeks territory, proud to be here but also know this is where I can easily become complacent and end up reseting.
Day 2. Had a super unproductive morning, i need to work on that. Had some urges after looking at a shirtless man, searched some images and almost slipped up but then i remembered that i have a zoom meeting soon so all thoughts of pmo vanished. Im not so sure abt now tho will go exercise when class ends
Day 1 I am crushing it!!! Crushed my gym training and now going to force myself into some work. I started with visualization exercises and just staying positive. Fuck shorterm emotions guys. We are in it for longterm. In longterm we gonna win it! Lets fucking go everybody!!!
Day 0. I've been relapsing so much. Hopefully, I can get a week in before I start my new job next Tuesday!
