Day 7 done. Feels good to beat this challenge. Moving on to the next. Stay strong and focused. BTW, I think cold showers really help in this..so maybe think about giving it a try.

 

Completed day 1. It was hard, lately every day is being as hard as yesterday so I get to thinking that being away from home is the only way to not relapse.

 

Missed posting day 2 yesterday, out all day. Today is day 3.

Hi guys! This is my Day Zero. I have been to this site long back at the peak of my addiction when even this site didnt help me much. But now I am more matured and aware of not doing PMO and on an average I am doing it way less than before. However, today i got the shock of my life when i got severe heinous thoughts while doing m and I dont want to be that sick person. Hence, I choose to be back here and prove that I can win this challenge and much more.
