I am starting this challenge. This is the first time I have officially decided that I have this goal I want to reach. I imagine that 90 days is a big challenge for someone just string out and very new to this but this is something I feel I must do for myself. Day 0. here we go!
Day 7 - Felt bad in the morning, a lot of anxiety and hate added up, but fortunately I came in a better state by taking a walk, working out and eating good. Sometimes life is really hard, but when it happens, I try to make a step back, relax by talking a walk and trying to be present in the moment. #hardtimes
58 days down and 42 to go for this challenge then it’s off to the 365 day challenge. Patience though, that’s how we get this far and what we change with. Writer’s block, more like brain fog, residual brain fog is lifting. Now I am getting all emotional and confident at the same time.
