    Checking in:
    Day 18/90- no pm
    Day 14/90- no alcohol

Sleeping well. Feeling good most of the time. But it is really boring here and had some terrible urges last night hopefully things will go smoother today.

Every morning I get up and the first thing I do is read your posts. Thank you for them, everyone write such inspiring words to keep us all going. Porn has taken so much of my life you have no idea. To know that others have similar issues but are being successful is a great feeling. The future looks bright for all of us! I love you all.

Pone, that’s a good question brother!
No criticism taken. I’m sure others have the same question..

Jumping Jacks are similar to jump roping minus the jump rope. It’s an elementary exercise that’s purpose is simply to get your body (shoulders, arms, legs) moving and get your heart rate up.

Traditionally, they are used as a warm up, but you can be creative, using them as part of a circuit or superset with another exercise in order to burn more calories, keep your heart rate up, or improve your cardiovascular endurance.

One other cool feature is your body is moving in a frontal plane (side to side). In life we move in all planes of motion, so the goal of an effective exercise program should ideally be to train in all planes of motion. This makes exercise more functional.

Benefits? Improve performance, decrease injury, improve cardiovascular endurance, prime the body for more complex and dynamic movement, etc

    Hope this helps!

Haha! I hear you, brother, they don’t seem like much, but better than pmo or not doing anything huh? Maybe commit to doing jumping jacks for 20 minutes straight? :)

8 days done. If there’s an urge, I’ll get through it, let it pass, do something else, remind myself why it’s not worth it. Repeat. Get through one more day, let’s get one more day.
