Obviously alcohol can be a huge detriment to the recovery process. I think most of us are well aware of the effects intoxication can have on the willpower to abstain, but for me the day after drinking is especially challenging. I feel extra sensitized to porn cravings and feel massive anxiety that is screaming for relief. It’s very hard to resist using. Anyone else encounter this issue and know why it happens? Today marks my first week PMO free (last week on this exact day I binged after a night of drinking) and I’m trying hard not to relapse. I want to be able to drink and continue my social life but this day after feeling is torture. Any tips are much appreciated. Thanks!
