Ok so I’m having withdrawals right now I feel sick my body feels weak I have no energy/motivation to do anything just living is hard right now. Also I have this weird pain/soreness in my balls. This is my first time doing NoFap still on my first week and I flatlined and I’m having withdrawals. I’ve been watching porn since I was about 10 or 11 but didn’t actually start masturbating till I was 14. After that I masturbated almost everyday 1-3 times a day. I have a girlfriend now and I realized I have to NoFap after trying to have sex with her but I couldn’t feel anything and I couldn’t stay hard. Don't fight it, that will only create more tension, if you're concerned then see a doctor but what you're describing does sound like withdrawals and should pass in a few days. Get plenty of rest.
I agree with im broken to get plenty of rest. I'm quite new here to and almost made it to 7 days but the lack of rest killed me and now I got stressed and that's not helping me either so take it easy on yourself in the beginning and don't use your computer when you feel tired (even a little bit).
