[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

I disappoint myself.

 

Day 1/7

Went well. Positive Affirmations helped me have a great day. Guess my mind really is powerful. Onwards.

 

Day 2. First night in a few without friends. This should be interesting. I felt strong urges today.

 

Day 1
NoFap and no porn, thinking about immorality of porn.

 

yes, this is what is my reason to being a trully fullfill my live, and make the best of the rest of my live

 

Day 3! I feel more strong

 

Never thought stopping myself would be exciting, Day 0! I hope I am still excited on Day 5

Well I am on a 2 day winning streak!

 

Day 4 is finished. I had to stop and sit at a bookstore because of a random erection I got out of the blue. I haven't had that happen in a long time.

3 days. Almost half way there. Lets kill this mofo!

 

Day 2, feeling very lazy but overall fine. no urges no thinking at all.

Feeling like I am trying to find something else to replace PMO .. which is entertainment, netflix, movies,youtube and other useless stuff..

I am going to limit myself on entertainment. Instead I ma plan to workout, study and read some beneficial books.
