On day 12/90. Feeling urges like bullets a upon me from UZI. Immediately I came now here on this forum and started seeing posts and logs of other people. It is helping me for this moment. God these urges are very strong and dangerous. Today morning I thought of not using phone much but again I used. I have to study and haven't started yet. Today I thought of waking up early but I didn't. But while in before streaks I was able to maintain good habits., Just not this time don't know why. Somehow I am trying to keep myself in the present moment ie being alert. And being alert is helping a bit regarding my NOFAP. Cheers guys. I will be around the Nofap forum many times on every single day to make my streak successful.
Update: few minutes back I was scrolling news and saw a sexy pic of girl. Suddenly I felt some feeling inside me which feels very nice. Immediately I scrolled last the picture. Even for a non nude pic also I am getting aroused. I need to be careful. Cheers guys.
Just write a post containing the words "day 0" and a little bit about your motivation or reasons why you wanna do this. Then try to post every day about how you are doing. Day 16 for me
