Being grateful is the secret to happiness. A gratitude list will help you become more of a glass-half-full person. I practice gratitude every day. Everyday I write in The 6-minute Diary (google it). Writing down a gratitude list everyday is a very good exercise for me to be grateful, to be happier, to see what I have and prevent/against depression. It helps me to have a more positive mind and outlook. In the 6-minute diary I write in the morning 3 things that I am grateful for and in the evening I write what went well that day and what I could do better (to learn from it). I want to share my (long) gratitude list with you.
