Day 2 in the hospital wing complete. successfully fought urges today and avoided a slip and possible fall.
Day 11 (2 hours before day 12) year 1 Gryffindor. Feeling quite good here! I've only been relapsing after weeks instead of everyday which makes semen retention way easier. Another thing I'll say is that I feel "demotivated" to watch porn, or in other words, I don't really feel excited to watch it if you know what I mean. It's literally just a waiting game and you got to keep yourself busy by working towards a goal. Most easiest thing to do is eat clean and go gym, it works wonders I'm telling you.
Been a while, but I'm checking in with Day 3 being complete. Yep, relapsed a few days ago, but I achieved a small, but important victory. I didn't binge! I have a bad habit of PMOing 3-4 times in one session, but I didn't this time. I'm feeling quite motivated and I am heavily monitoring my mind, mood, and productivity. Feels good.
