Yes, after a while it's getting easier phisically. Your body will getting use to it but until that, be strong
Today is day 365/365 for me. I made it for one full year and I'm so proud of myself. But I'm not going to stop. I will reset my counter tomorrow to day one and do another 365 day challenge. Guys, seriously, stop masturbating. It's not worth it. I'm a far better man now than I've ever been. I'm excited to start another challenge.
Amazing!! However, why do you feel the need to reset your counter?Keep those incredible numbers to remind you and to motivate others by what you have achieved!
This challenge is for 365 days, not beyond. However, I could show my current progress with the new challenge and also add it to my previous 365 day challenge. Another addition is the fact that I started nofap last year on Halloween, not my 365 day challenge start date of November 26. As of this message, I'm actually on day 392.
Finishing Day 11/20 no pmo Testosterone is sky high now ,so much so, that I was so quick to call my daughter's school when I found out she and her best friend are now being verbally bullied by a boy, because she stuck up for a small boy and a girl that he was bullying. Aren't boys perceived as weak anymore for picking on girls?
Day 0: just relapsed taking this challenge on to NOT look at P, and im going limiting masturbation. Thats my twist on the challenge. NO P AT ALL COSTS though! I feel absolutely awful due to the long horrible relapse i had. But lets do this, im pumped!
