successful day 0 and day 1, trying level best, can really use some motivation though.

 

Arrgh. Day 2 done. Better than day 1 but i still feel tempted a lot. Once again nofap's panic button helped.

Day 4 - Some urges to masturbate today, but keeping strong, it tends to go in cycles every four days for me.
