Day 10/90 No PM (ends Mar 23) Day 342 on this challenge Day 113 weight training (M, W, F) Day 2 No alcohol Day 2 No desserts Day 2 No caffeine - feeling good other than back ache the past few days but could be sleeping in until noon is hard on it - thanks to nofap, this is the first time in my life I have gotten to know people I have never met (other than words they write here) and I am enjoying the experience - since hindsight is 2020, this should be a good year.
