So today is Day 3: Last night in bed I had the worst urges , but I listened to some chakra healing music and it went away. This morning i also did some yoga which was quite nice. Today I’m going to try to meditate as I heard it helps a lot to fight urges and keep your sexual energy within you. Good luck to anyone starting this journey or has already started ✌

Instead of posting, successful completion of one week. I am so sad to say that i relapsed today.All my fault,yesterday i didn't do meditation,read bible,stayed late night which was out of pride,anxiety after making dinner which i have done after a gap of some 10 years,thanks to nofap for it,creativity kindled by quitting pmo. Today also no meditation,watching facebook then videos in it,then gradually to porn and while watching my innerself told me to quit,but me being overconfident that i'll not fall for masturbation ,done exactly the opposite. Need some advise....
Well your right about the surge... It gets me more than often. Lol. Well the effort to stay busy works, and I mean really busy so much that you are exhausted by physical duties and travels. This means when night falls you will go to bed with more intent to slp. The surge usually gets me at nights when i sit down, start social media activity, or am there bored with energy to spare. So yes buddy, get busy, stag busy, get tired, sleep, and wake to another day of improvement
