Today I will not use porn because I need to change.

 

Today i am confident my life can keep improving

 

You got that right friend, everyday we get a reset to try again. Doesn't cost us anything and we can reset as many times as we want (almost)

 

Today I will not use porn because I want to know who I really am without it.

 

Today I will not PMO because I will change my attitude and face my horrible fears till they aren't horrible any more, I created them by running away.

Today I won't watch porn, I will not let myself be consumed by boredom or negatuvn emotion to take me back and make me watch porn. It's about time I learnt to tackle these issues, no more chilling in bed when I'm bored that is one of the biggest issues and causes for me.
I'm not gonna be idly sitting around and having a binge session, it's time to be strong
