My drinking: On average i seem to drink beer every other day. It could be 1.. all the way up to 8, depending. Recently I have got it down to around 4, where i quit for the night But still way to much in my opinion. And now that its a trigger it needs to go!
Just get it done! "Alcohol affects the parts of your brain that control judgement, concentration, coordination, behaviour and emotions" It's really bad, it destroys your resolve. I know, I took about five days ago three test pints, after 14 weeks, and even they hammered my willpower (relapsed MO). Super urges follow every drink. Quit alcohol, then porn, it's going to work, worked for me
Yeah, alcohol is no good. I have my habit limited to 4 ounces of wine a day nowadays, heart healthy! When I made it a healthy habit, I stopped binging. Nowadays it feels pointless. Still though... harder to stop PMO. . And, I recall alcohol making it easier to generally do everything that doesn't work for me. Overeating, PMO, etc.
