Day 15. porn have no power over me ! But I doubt I will resist not having sex for to long .

 

Day 4/21 is done. Today I shared with some trusted male friends about this challenge I'm taking, and they all agree that it's a great and important thing to do. Feeling very motivated and encouraged.

Day 19.

Today I was quite productive but I didn't do much else, even though I wanted to at least excercise a little... Other than that, still no big urges or thoughts. Everything's nice.

 

I’m in, day O of 21.
I managed to complete the 7 day challenge then the 14 day. I’ll try and checkin everyday.
I have no doubt in my mind I wouldn’t of made it this far without the nofap community, thankyou

 

Day 8 of 21!! Doing good... had some discouraging thoughts through the day, but reading everyone's success has given me strength to keep up the fight. Need to avoid triggers and never, never let up!
