It's quite bad day. I have a lot of urges today. I have come 2nd time on the NoFap to get some motivation today.

 

Day 27/30

 

Push through it, These are the toughest days when the urges come at full force. Resist them, if you can pull it off you will feel so much lighter going forward. You have come this far one week behind your back, that is a really good streak keep it going and you will notice the urges get easier to control and you will feel this power growing while you reboot. Soon you will notice your mindset changing towards PMO!! Hang in there brother, You will make it, believe!!

After noon, this will turn 59 days then tomorrow wil be 60 days!!!!!! 2 month anniversary!!!!!!!!

Only one more month left for the “standard” 90 day reboot. Unbelievable! I wouldn’t believe you if you said it’s a possible a year ago, but now I know I can do 90 day reboot. It’s only a month away from now.

Goal: Finish the standard 90 day reboot then finish the challenge then join the 90 day challenge then evaluate if I’m ready to start dating women and having sex again.

Great! No urges experienced today although I actually wanted it to appear so that I could confront the feeling and release that toxic energy from my system however, day 7 completed and happy to progress to the 8th.

Time is really going by very quickly - Enjoy building the streak daily and feel the vibration of self awareness and self control growing.

Hey guys, another daily update. No urges at all, still going strong. I guess this is the start of the second week for me in this challenge, and I'm ready for it.

Anyways, extremely brief update, but I like to keep them brief, cause I've got the rest of the day ahead of me.
