Day 6
1. Im grateful that I can talk to woman, and what an interesting creatures they are
2. Im grateful that I am as close to knowing my purpose as I ever was
3. Im grateful for fresh juices my grandmother makes, they are sooo good
4. Grateful for my job, it gives me opportunities to realise my assets and enjoy the process of making money
5. Im grateful for people around me and all the potential connections I am seeing
6. I am grateful for all the 'bad' things that happen to me, because without them I wouldnt ever strive to develop my self and grow

Day 13 of 30

1. I'm grateful that my mom let me take a break today
2. I'm grateful that I've got lots of books to read.
3. I'm grateful that YouTube exists.

i am grateful for being upbeat and happy today.

 

I am grateful for my family today.
I am grateful for my good health.
I am grateful for a new morning to live.

 

I am grateful for treaching 50 days pmo free
I am grateful for the daily support i get here on nofap
I am gratful that my left leg is finally healing (i think it is anyway)

 

1. I am thankful for being able to experience relationships.
2. I am thankful for my family being a loving family and that I wasn’t raised in a abusive home.
3. I am thankful for how great my life has been.

 

1. I'm grateful for my ridiculously awesome girlfriend.
2. I'm grateful I have a place to live (that wasn't always the case).
3. I'm grateful I get to create music.

I have to stop at three, right? I have so many more things...

 

Day 7.

1. Grateful for not giving up to urges
2. Grateful that I have a place to live with all the facilities
3. Grateful for grandmother that cooks vegetarian food for me
4. Grateful for this community, wich shares a lot of my interests
5. Grateful for mu desire for knowledge
6. Grateful for my emotions, that I can understand where they are coming from, what I fix my attention on and begining to get to know my belief system. (Lol what a nerd)
7. Grateful for the little experience with the girl i liked, next time I know what to do better hehe

Day 14 of 30

1. I'm grateful that one of my close friends is a girl, something that would have been unthinkable to me mere months ago.
2. I'm grateful that I feel so confident in myself.
3. I'm grateful that people around me are appreciating and are proud of my weight loss.

I am grateful for following things:
1. For conquering another day.
2. For finally getting into my transition phase.
3. For the awesome leg day I had in the gym today.
4. For the awesome and cheap gym I can visit. I just pay 15€ per month for it - and it is awesome! Free drinks and modern equipment!
5. For my friends and for my family.
6. For learning new lessons every day. I do not get annoyed - if I do a mistake, I learn from it! That is how it should be, to never get annoyed!
7. For naps. After a good nap I feel way better and refreshed!
8. For the awesome food I ate.
9. For the many awesome people here!

 

1. I’m grateful for having a job I’ve been at for many years.
