Totally disappointed in myself. Relapsed today. Its a shit feeling. I dont want to feel this way again. 21 days down the drain. Did the 14 day challenge and 7 days of this challenge. Im starting over immediately. So back to day 0.
For my experience, when you`re under stress, PMO do make a really tempting choice because it could truly make you "relax" for seconds (actually it is quite stressful before O part). But turning to PMO is actually run away from stress rather than coping with it. It is a easy choice and a harmful one. I think you should learn to face the stress and what cause it. Besides, there is plenty other ways to release your stress such as watch videos, play games and sports . Sports is a really good weapon!

Day 9 underway ! I'm having less less and less sexual thoughts during the day and feel like I think with more clarity. Had a wet dream this night, I'm not too worried about it.
I take 3 cold showers a day, helps so much with waking you up and giving you energy. Your body gets used to it too, I can stay in them up to 5 minutes now. Have you ever tried cold baths (usually near saunas) ?
