Day 9/21. Had a long weekend at home and inadvertently came across some things on tv/ the internet that may have caused a relapse in the past but I pulled through and am even stronger now!
Day 5/21. I’m feeling better so far. Hopefully I don’t relaspe in the next few days... my grandpa is having surgery tomorrow and may or may not make it..
6/21 Made it through the weekend. Kept busy and went walking. I also gave up drinking at the same time as fapping. So its also been 20 days without any booze
Speaking about to-do list I think you should just tick the things you have done and cross things you haven't and don't stress much about it. Just watch those ticks and crosses and your brain subconsciously will process it. Just keep making to-do lists for next days and try to do those. If you won't succed atleast you realize it because you got those lists. THey will make you better! Some people don't use this tool. You are on good path
